The paddle moves, but I cannot see a ball.
Pause and resume once, then check above the paddle for a waiting ball and tap to serve. If it remains missing, report the chamber, wave, and whether you had locked or left the app. Please include the build version so we can distinguish older builds from the current fix.
Why does sound stop or crackle?
Check the Sound option in Field Settings, media volume, and the selected speaker or headphone route. Tell us whether this follows heavy action, a pause, Bluetooth switching, or returning from another app. Audio stability testing is ongoing before release.
Does full heat end my run?
No. Heat raises ball speed by up to 55% for that wave. Losing all charges ends a run; Cascade also ends if the lattice descends to the paddle.
Where are my scores and medals?
The Resonance Archive and chamber medals are saved on this device. Game Center uses your Apple account for online standings and achievements. Signing out does not erase local progress. Removing the app can remove its local data.
Game Center is unavailable.
Check your Game Center sign-in in iOS Settings and your network connection. The game remains playable without Game Center. Online records also require the matching Apple configuration, which is still being prepared for release.
Can I use touch instead of tilt?
Yes. Choose Glide or Follow in Field Settings. Adjust sound, haptics, and reduced glow there too; iOS Reduce Motion limits motion effects.
