Overview
This policy explains how PULSE, developed by Derrington Collaborative Synthetic Intelligence Labs (D-CSIL), handles information. PULSE does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or a D-CSIL account system.
Data Stored on Your Device
PULSE stores your local high-score table and audio preferences on your iPhone. A saved score can include the score, maximum combo, seed code, musical style, timing-rate summary, Euphoria result, and date. This local information is used to restore your settings and show your score history. D-CSIL does not operate a server that receives this local data.
Apple Game Center
If you use Game Center, PULSE uses Apple GameKit to authenticate your Game Center player, display your Game Center name and ranked entries, and submit eligible scores to PULSE leaderboards. Apple processes Game Center data under Apple’s privacy terms. PULSE also reads the country or region code from your device locale to select applicable regional leaderboards. It does not request GPS or precise location access.
Apple Privacy PolicyWhat PULSE Does Not Collect
PULSE does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. It does not use an advertising identifier, sell personal information, or share gameplay data with advertising or data-broker services.
Support Communications
If you email D-CSIL for support, the information you choose to send is used to respond to your request and troubleshoot the reported issue. Do not include information that is not needed for support.
Policy Changes
If PULSE adds services that materially change how information is handled, this page will be updated before those changes are released.
